“Andrew from TruGuard stopped by my house the other day and told me about this pest control business that him and his buddy Austin started. After chatting a bit I decided to give them a try, and was not disappointed!
First thing I noticed was that they were ON TIME when returning to my house to perform the service later that day. Once started, they seemed to really take their time outside the house making sure to get all the spots, and were thorough inside as well… most pest control companies I’ve had in the past are in and out in 5mins and you wonder if they even did anything, and your lucky if they weren’t 30mins late to boot.
After the service, Austin took the time to explain everything that was done and how it works, which was also something that past pest control companies have never done. They also emailed me a detailed report.
The day following their service, my wife noticed her first scorpion in the driveway so of course, I went out to kill it but it was ALREADY dead! I didn’t even know we had scorpions, but at least now I know that if we do, they’re all dead! Immediate proof that TruGuard did an amazing job.
